Antenova adds dual-band Wi-Fi® antenna to gigaNOVA® range of standard SMD antennas

Designed for ease of integration into wireless devices, Mixtus dual-band antenna is ideally suited for a wide range of embedded Wi-Fi enabled consumer device applications such access points, set top boxes (STBs), portable games, media gateway products, networked High Definition Digital TVs (HDTVs) and PC cards.

Mixtus A10194 is a highly efficient dual-band 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz SMD antenna which operates over the full 2.4-2.5 GHz and 4.9-5.9 GHz bands and designed for use in all Wi-Fi applications, including 802.11n. In addition, good isolation can be achieved between two closely spaced Mixtus antennas on the same platform making it ideal for MIMO applications. Mixtus A10194 is a compact 10 x 10 x 0.9 mm size antenna intended for surface mounting and requires minimal ground plane. A10194 is supplied in tape on reel and available now for volume purchase through Antenova’s global network of leading distributors and agents.
